Meet the OCD Automation Team!
Justin Colton started OCD Automation in 2012, and graduated from Perry Technical Institute in Yakima, WA.
He has been active in the controls field since 1993, and has experience in semiconductor, water/wastewater treatment, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing.
He is also an expert in onboarding, because he totally knows what that is. This is the only picture of Justin wearing a tie.
Jesse Fledderjohann joined OCD Automation in June 2014, and has a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Portland.
He has experience in semiconductor, water/wastewater treatment, and manufacturing.
Key skills include PLC/HMI programming, networking/security, server and network switch setup.
This is also the only picture of Jesse wearing a tie.
Raina Brewster joined OCD Automation in September 2014.
She is the OCD Automation office manager, and handles CAD for projects along with project pricing, submittals, and bookkeeping/payroll.
She argues with Justin a little too much.
Sean Loader joined OCD Automation in July 2019, and graduated from Perry Technical Institute in Yakima, WA
Key skills include PLC/HMI programming, startup and commissioning.
He is an expert disc golfer.
Rylli Whitney joined OCD Automation in November 2020, and graduated from Perry Technical Institute in Yakima, WA

She is known as “Secret Weapon Jr.”
Jake Ositis joined OCD Automation in October 2021, and has a mechanical engineering degree from Oregon State University.
Key skills include business development, control systems design, PLC/HMI programming, Startup and commissioning. Allegedly, Mr. Ositis is considered second to none in laser tag.
Chris McKinnon joined OCD Automation in April 2022, and graduated from Perry Technical Institute in Yakima, WA.
Key skills include business development, control systems design, PLC/HMI programming, Startup and commissioning, along with supreme motorcycle riding skills.
Samantha Colton is a project manager, engineer and estimator for OCD Automation.
She graduated from Oregon State University in 2020 with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management.
She’s a challenge to work with, which runs in the family.
Frank Brewster is the construction and panel shop manager.
He was a journeyman carpenter, estimator, and construction manager for 30 years, and retired in 2022 to work for OCD Automation. Prior to that he had been working in the panel shop part time since 2015.
He gets up very early.
